Desa Country Homes by Temasya Mentari Sdn Bhd is the current developer of several parcels of freehold land totalling around 70 acres in Bandar Country Homes, Rawang, since 2013.

We are currently focused on providing quality affordable new terrace homes, semi-detached homes, bungalow lots and apartments, as well as managing our commercial property in the area.

We have launched and completed two phases to date, Phase A comprising of 155 units 18’x75’ terrace homes and Phase B2 comprising 72 units 22’x70’ terrace homes. As with all phases, we are committed to provide peace of mind and harmony, each completed phase has had improved security features such as perimeter fencing, and guardhouses built, as well as upgraded playground facilities.

We are currently involved in the construction of Phase B1, 44 units of 22’x70’ terrace homes, before we move into further developments in high-rise residential and semi-detached homes.

Temasya Mentari has a strong history in development, with township experience in Taman Muzaffar Heights in Melaka, Taman Bukit Ria in Cheras and Taman Cahaya in Ampang, as well as apartments in Robson Heights and industrial units in Bukit Jelutong.
